Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected things happen, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to respect my time and other clients, I have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Same-day cancellations or reschedules will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, minus the deposit already paid.
No-shows will not be rebooked in the future.
